Katharina Elisabeth Brandl is a multimedia artist. She is a film maker, curator, writer, and performer. She has created and co-created art projects in countries all over the world. As an artist and facilitator she has worked in Germany, Ireland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Argentina. One of her main interests is human dignity, which has led her to cooperations with a range of organizations for whom the protection of, and the care for human dignity is at their hearts.

In 2024, she began curating cultural and artistic events. That year, she launched Sunday Gatherings, a monthly online event that explores and celebrates community arts. The events are international and bring together people from two continents.
Katharina Elisabeth Brandl is an IDFAcademy Alumna, the recipient of the support by the Friends of the Heinrich Böll Foundation, and a member of VG Bild-Kunst. She speaks English, German, French, and Norwegian.
